Your exciting journey begins as you depart the USA aboard your flight to China

Day 2 (Mon) Beijing
Welcome to Beijing, the capital of China. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 3 (Tue) Beijing (B,L,D)
After an early breakfast, you will be privately whisked to see the Great Wall that extends over 3000 miles of mountains and hills. Afterwards, off to the mysterious Ming Tombs. Enjoy a Peking Duck dinner tonight.

Day 4 (Wed) Beijing (B,L)
Today, you will stroll through Tiananmen Square prior to entering the Forbidden City. Then onto the Temple of Heaven, China's largest existing complex of ancient architectural buildings. You will end this day visiting the Summer Palace of the Empress Dowager Cixi.

Day 5 (Thu) Beijing/Xian (B,L)
Fly to Xian, the ancient capital city of China. Check in at your hotel. Later, you will be taken on a tour of this city's massive city walls.

Day 6 (Fri) Xian (B,L,D)
Today's highlight is the tomb of the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Di, guarded by thousands of terra-cotta warriors and horses. Other stop include the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and famous Provincial History Museum. Tonight, enjoy a Tang Dynasty dinner and dance performance.

Day 7 (Sat) Xian/Chongqing/Yangtze Cruise (B,L,D)
Fly to Chongqing where you will be escorted to a city tour if time permits. Enjoy a famous spicy Sizchuan hot-pot dinner before you embark on board your deluxe Yangtze cruiser. Your exciting Yangtze Cruise starts after you settled into your cabin for a good relaxing rest.

Day 8 (Sun) Yangtze Cruise (B,L,D)
Arrive at Shibaozhai where you will go ashore and visit the famous twelve-story wooden pagoda, known as the "Pearl of the Yangtze". Later, continue cruise down the mighty Yangtze.

Day 9 (Mon) Yangtze Cruise (B,L,D)
In the morning, sail through the magnificent Qutang Gorge with its imposing vistas of caverns, pillars and pathways. Later you will enter Wu Gorge with its immortal Twelve Peaks. Your shore excursion takes you on a river boat ride on either the crystal-clear Danning River through the towering "Three Small Gorges". Return to your cruise boat and continue sail through the scenic Xiling Gorge, the longest and deepest of the three Gorges. Pass through Three Gorges Ship Lock.

Day 10 (Tue) Yangtze Cruise/Yichang/Guilin (B,L)
Arrive at Sandouping village where the massive Three Gorges Dam is located. A tour the construction site is arranged for you. Return to your boat and disembark with your belongs and fly to Guangzhou to connect with flight to Guilin. Check in at your hotel.

Day 11 (Wed) Guilin (B,L,D)
This morning you will board a riverboat for your cruise along the Li River surrounded by majestic limestone peaks and beautiful landscapes. At the end of the cruise, browse around the beautiful little town of Yangshuo before return transfer to your hotel in the late afternoon. Enjoy a buffet dinner at the hotel tonight.

Day 12 (Thu) Guilin/Kunming (B,L)
Fly to Kunming, the "City of Eternal Spring". Transfer to your hotel.

Day 13 (Fri) Kunming (B,L,D)
Today you will visit the famous Stone Forest and see the remarkable towering limestone peaks that soar more than a hundred feet up above forming a dense forest of fossilized trees. Walk around and among its fissures to pavilions, bridges and scattered ponds. Tonight, enjoy a local cuisine dinner with minority dance performances.

Day 14 (Sat) Kunming/Hong Kong (B,L)
Fly to Hong Kong, transfer to your hotel.

Day 15 (Sun) Hong Kong (B)
Your morning Island tour of the "Pearl of the Orient" starts with a visit to Victoria Peak for a spectacular view of the harbor. Then, onto the beautiful Repulse Bay and Aberdeen.

Today is free for you to explore this dynamic city on your own.

Day 17 (Tue) Hong Kong/USA (B)
Departure transfer for your flight home.
