Your exciting journey into the beautiful and glorious world of China begins as you depart the USA aboard your flight. Cross the International Dateline.

Day 2 (Tue) Beijing
Welcome to Beijing, the capital of China. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 3 (Wed) Beijing (B,L,D)
After an early breakfast, you will be privately whisked to see the Great Wall that extends over 3000 miles of mountains and hills. Afterwards, off to the mysterious Ming Tombs. Enjoy a Peking Duck dinner tonight.

Day 4 (Thu) Beijing (B,L)
Today, you will stroll through Tiananmen Square prior to entering the Forbidden City. Then onto the Temple of Heaven, China's largest existing complex of ancient architectural buildings. You will end this day visiting the Summer Palace of the Empress Dowager Cixi.

Day 5 (Fri) Beijing/Xian (B,L)
Fly to Xian, the ancient capital city of China. Check in at your hotel. Later, you will be taken on a tour of this city's massive city walls.

Day 6 (Sat) Xian (B,L,D)
Today's highlight is the tomb of the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Di, guarded by thousands of terra-cotta warriors and horses. Other stop include the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and famous Provincial History Museum. Tonight, enjoy a Tang Dynasty dinner and dance performance.

Day 7 (Sun) Xian/Shanghai (B,L,D)
Fly to Shanghai, China's bustling commercial center. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a local cuisine dinner.

Day 8 (Mon) Shanghai (B,L)
Get set for a great day of sightseeing! Morning tour of the Bund, Yu Garden , the Jade Buddha Temple and a visit to the renowned Shanghai Museum. Enjoy an exciting acrobatic show tonight.

Day 9 (Tue) Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai (B,L)
Today embark on a full day excursion to beautiful Suzhou, also known as "Venice of the East". Tour the famous classical gardens and the silk factory and workshop of Embroidery Research Institute. Here's your chance to purchase beautiful silk products from scarves to jackets, quilts, comforters and embroidered art work. Return to Shanghai in the late afternoon.

Day 10 (Wed) Shanghai /USA (B)
Departure transfer for your flight home.
