Your tour today includes the Temple of Heaven; Summer Palace and Forbidden City
Day 5 (Mon) Beijing/Xian (B,L)
Fly to Xian, the ancient capital city of China. Proceed to your hotel. Lunch at a local
restaurant followed by a tour of the city visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City
Wall.

Day 6 (Tue) Xian (B,L,D)
Today's highlight is the tomb of the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Di, guarded by thousands of
terra-cotta warriors and horses. Later, stop by the Banpo Neolithic Museum. Tonight, enjoy
a Tang Dynasty dinner and performance of dances.
 Day 7 (Wed)
Xian/Chongqing (B,L,D)
Fly to Chongqing where you will be escorted to a city tour if time permits. Enjoy a famous
spicy Sizchuan hot-pot dinner before you embark on board your deluxe Yangtze cruiser.

Day 8 (Thu) Yangtze Cruise (B,L,D)
Your Yangtze experience starts as your cruiser departs Chongqing in the morning. Enjoy the
beautiful scenery of the river banks as your cruise leisurely downstream. Your first shore
excursion takes you to Fengdu, known as "The Ghost City" is renowned for its
ancient temples and statues of wild demon images. Tonight, it's the Caption's Welcome
dinner.
Day 9 (Fri) Yangtze Cruise (B,L,D)
In the morning, sail through the magnificent Qutang Gorge with its imposing vistas of
caverns, pillars and pathways. Later you will enter Wu Gorge with its immortal Twelve
Peaks. Your shore excursion takes you on a river boat ride on either the crystal-clear
Danning River through the towering "Three Small Gorges" or the famous Shennong
stream passing through lush pine gorges and translucent water. Return to your boat and
continue cruising and arrive at Zigui.
Day 10 (Sat) Yangtze Cruise (B,L,D)
Today you will sail through Xiling Gorge, the longest of the three Gorges before arriving
at Sandouping village where the massive Three Gorges Dam is located. A tour the
construction site is arranged for you. Return to your boat and continue sailing through
the ship-lock towards Wuhan.
Day 11 (Sun) Wuhan/Guilin (B,L,WD)
Your memorable Yangtze experience comes to an end at Wuhan. Transfer to airport for your
flight to Guilin and check in at your hotel. Enjoy a Western dinner at your hotel tonight.

This morning you will board a riverboat for your cruise along the Li River surrounded by
majestic limestone peaks and beautiful landscape. At the end of the cruise, browse around
the beautiful little town of Yangshuo before return transfer to your hotel in the late
afternoon.
 Day 13 (Tue)
Guilin/Hong Kong (B,L)
Morning is free for you to explore the city on your own. Take a stroll along the
"Walking Street" with many shops and restaurants. Afternoon tour of Reed Flute
Cave then transfer to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, transfer to
your hotel.

Your morning Island tour of the "Pearl of the Orient" starts with a visit to

Today is free for you to explore this dynamic city on your own.
